The property sleeps 6 people and is a brand new 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed Townhouse situated in the Urbanisation La Almazara. It is located half way between Jalon and Alcalali, on the side of a hill overlooking the beauty and splendour of the Jalon Valley, said to be one of the finest examples of rural Spain.

The property is built and equipped to a very high standard and has air-conditioning and heating throughout. The development has a large communal pool, attractive gardens and well-lit communal walkways. Each level, including the car park, may be accessed by lifts or stairs.

A travel cot and high chair are available for use as well as a bottle steriliser, and plastic beakers, bowls, plates and cutlery and some children's toys and books. All are available at no extra cost.

The area is suited to both families, groups and couples, and allows a peaceful and relaxing break with stunning views, and easy access to bigger resorts along the northern Costa Blanca coast.

	The property is accessed via steps to the front terrace. The terrace is covered and has an outside table that comfortably seats 6 people. The terrace boasts beautiful views across the valley.
	The terrace leads to the front door, which opens into the main living area.
	The main living area consists of a lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, a utility room and a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The lounge/diner has a television, DVD player, some satellite channels and a radio/cassette player. The diner has seating for 6 people around a table.
	The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a toaster. There is also a baby bottle sterilizer. The utility room has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
	On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, two double built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. This leads to an ensuite, which includes a bath with shower over.
	The master bedroom has sliding doors which lead onto the front sun terrace, where there is a table and some chairs.
	The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
	The second bedroom has a triple built in wardrobe and two single beds.
	The third bedroom has a built in wardrobe, bunk beds and room to accommodate the travel cot (which can be provided free of charge, on request).
	The communal swimming pool is situated 20 metres from the front of the property, and can be seen from both the front covered terrace, and the sun terrace.
