Extra cleans |

The property will always be cleaned before your arrival. If you are staying for more than a week and require a further clean, this can be pre-arranged at a cost of €60. Clean bed linen is always provided at the beginning of each week and is included in the weekly rental cost. A change of towels and tea towels during your stay may be pre-booked, at a cost of €7 Euros per person, although many guests prefer to wash these themselves in the washing machine provided. All extra cleans and towel changes need to be requested and paid for by the final payment date, which is 8 weeks before your arrival date, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks. |

Welcome Packs |
|
These can be provided on request at a cost of €15. The pack contains tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, orange juice, 6 eggs, bread, butter and jam. Welcome Packs need to be requested and paid for by the final payment date, which is 8 weeks before your arrival date. |

There are excellent beaches at Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe. There is a Marine and Exotic Animal Park called Mundomar in Benidorm. For more details visit www.aqualandia.net Terra Mitica, Spain's largest theme park is at Benidorm and can be accessed via exit 65A on the A7 motorway. For more details visit www.terramiticapark.com Taking a leisurely drive over the Sierra Bernia you can visit the beautiful Fuentes del Algar waterfalls and the historic hilltop walled town of Guadalest. To get to Algar take the road to Callosa d'en SarriÁ and then follow the signs for the Fuentes del Algar. Guadelest can be found by driving through Callosa d'en SarriÁ and then following signs to Guadelest. There are a number of golf courses in the area including courses in Benissa, Javea and La Sella near Denia. La Sella is an 18-hole ( 6072 yards; 72 par) championship course.
